Working with Nicole was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while purchasing our first home!! What seemed to be daunting and an unsure process, turned out to be a dream come true. When we first sat down with Nicole, we reviewed the process, interests, goals, timeline, budget and overall what to expect. She provided helpful feel back and tools to start our search. We had open access to search online databases. We also received emails of listings that fit our search criteria. The process was simple and straightforward. Nicole was extremely helpful in reviewing areas and the listings. She gave us insight on what to expect and possible pros/cons. When we found interest in properties, Nicole worked quickly to setup showings that best suited our schedule. She always made time for us regardless of the time or day. We weren’t sure what to expect during our winter home search but we a found home and made an offer only within a couple of months. From setting up inspections, lawyers, mortgage lenders, etc; everything seemed to have a nice organized flow. Nicole’s team were all pleasant to work with and helped us each step of the way. Working with Nicole has been an amazing experience. Our new home was expected to close at the end of July, which gave us plenty of time to list our current home. After a trip to Texas to check on the progress of the new home our builder told me that they would be ready to close at the end of June. Waiting for my flight to leave I texted Nicole and told her my dilemma that we had less than a month to sell and close on my existing home, I was “freaking out”. She calmed me down and assured me that it will happen. We listed the home on a Friday and by Saturday we had 8 offers! Nicole was amazing – she prepared a spread sheet and reviewed each offer with us and helped us narrow down the offer which we accepted and closed in 22 days! In summary, Nicole was beyond amazing. Everyone said that what my husband and I were trying to do would be nearly impossible as we needed to sell our home in Utah and buy a new home in Illinois all within 30 days (not to mention that inventory was very low in Illinois).
